Daemonarchy keeps Omarchy’s installer and look, with FreeBSD handling the system underneath
there’s already too many pro-fascist forces operating within the foss ecosystem – intentionally leaving out omarchy is automatically a good move to that end.
Gpt picked the name. (of course it did) Which has ‘arch’ in it, but that makes no sense. They replaced arch with bsd. The name should reflect that.
@thenextguy please, what made you assume OpenAI?
I think it likely that the developer chose the name.
If he did gain assistance from AI, for the name, the likelihood would be Anthropic (not OpenAI).

I read the article.
He was testing GPT Astra 6 at the time and used it to put the project together. The first pass took under two hours. That figure leaves out the Poudriere builds used to validate it. GPT also picked the name for the project.
@thenextguy odd, my post two days ago is not visible in Lemmy.
What am I missing?
Odd. I can see your comments when logged in via Voyager. But when I go to the Web app I don’t see them.
Hmmm, now they do show up, but your name is different. kaleidoscopic? Not fuzzy.
