    This is clearly a punishment to humiliate the soldier for some misdeed, you can hear his squadmates laughing at the end.

    Translation is shit, “your pot isn’t cooking” means “you’re fucking dumb”, the commander says “tomorrow you’ll be walking around with the bow and arrow all day long since you’re too fucking dumb to carry a gun, and in the evening during formation, in front of the whole regiment, you will ceremoniously hand over this weapon and I’ll give you back your regular weapon”.

      Thanks for the correction. Context I was given here may be wrong then. I have heard a lot of reports of ammo shortages for training and seen a number dead officers shot by conscripts and with the ridiculous way things are going… seems possible anyway. It’s wild they even have bows and arrows. Deeply unserious 🤡

    Objectively speaking, if this policy works, then USA civilians could use bow and arrows instead of guns for self-defense. The USA school could also arm staff with bow and arrows and throwing knives to stop gun violence.
