I like what Gusteau from ratatouille has to say about this - “Anyone can be a facist, but only the stupidest can be great at it” Also Anton’s “Not everyone can become a great facist, but a great facist can come from anywhere”

Brazil is super diverse to be fair. And it’s one the largest countries on the planet.
