This looks like it might have more cyberpunk themes than the Schwarzenegger version while still retaining some of the light-hearted aspect of it. With Edgar Wright directing, I’m cautiously optimistic about this one.

Looks like it’s a lot more true to the novella than the Schwarzenegger movie was. The novella is awesome btw, some of Stephen King’s best writing. (just don’ t read the intro by King bc it contains a major spoiler.)

This looks way cooler than the Arnie one. And I love that one.
I don’t think whoever made the trailer gets Edgar Wright. It’s all over the shop tonally. Folks who see this are gonna be so confused.
