      osdd is a disorder called “Other Specified Dissociative Disorder”, this disorder forms alters, basically different parts of the brain that form independently and become different parts called alters, i believe. all the alters working together collectively are called a system, and within that group (or system) would be in-system

        So you are dating another part of your brain/mind. How do you make sure this is what your alter actually wants and it’s not the “main” (if there’s such a thing) alter, you, who forced or imagined it?

      We do not take medication, we told our psychiatrist what we have been experiencing and she went into researching a condition she heard of: DID or OSDD. She said it aligned with OSDD, read the signs from the DSM I think.
