It was the only coal-powered carrier, so it always had a massive column of black smoke coming out of it, or, t least it did when it was in operation, which seemed to be almost never.
Nah, Russia just finally decided to scrap the old Kuznetsov. End of an era (of the Kuznetsov being tugged around and randomly catching fire even in peacetime)
If he wasn’t before, he sure is now.
