• Potentially, but getting a debate might help, other parties can see it as an easy win. And Labour haven’t even issued a response to it, never mind a debate being organised, they could - in theory - take the easy win. But that would also require them to realise they’re wildly unpopular and have the sense to do it

        Yep, I can’t say I’m surprised either. But the number keeps climbing and there’s still a debate. Plus, Labour really seem to want to just be Reform and Farage claims they’ll repeal it so maybe Starmer will pounce on the opportunity to copy them again
