    Especially when the flagship titles are over $100… I can’t understand how anyone can pay that much for a single game

      Not quite that bad in the US.

      Mario Kart World - $80
      Mario Party Jamboree - $80
      Donkey Kong Bananza - $70

      But seriously, are they significantly different from all the 15 other Mario Kart or 18 other Mario Party games?

        DK Bananza is different enough; and the launch price of Switch 2 was almost exactly the same as Switch 1 when you account for inflation.

        I think they are actually significantly different than the others to be fair, but also yeah those are slightly less excessive prices
