        C’est moi ou ça veut dire tout l’inverse ?
        Je comprends que les systèmes de vérification logicielle (comme le verrouillage du bootloader ou genre la vérification de signature) ne doivent pas être abusés dans le but d’empêcher l’installation de ROMs alternatifs

          No it specifically means the fact that manufacturers’ need to sign the binary blobs for the modem (the radio device) in the phones should not be abused to also lock out third party general software. Have the EU’s “Right to repair” in mind here, the EU most definitely don’t want manufacturers to build black boxes with no EU user control.
