    Why does it need to be humanoid shaped? A vat would do it, no?

    Sounds like they have not got that part working either. They have nothing.

    Start with nothing, claim something, get funding, deliver nothing.

        Nah dystopian implies unethical in addition to unsettling. Actually I like unsettling here. And yeah humanoid robots for incubating humans is deeply unsettling

            Like, very pro incubator robots, but making them humanoid is unsettling

            And it’s important to note, unsettling is a comfort judgement, not a value judgement. Things can be good but unsettling and things can be comfortable and evil
