Whatever happened to cheat codes and guide books? They were the best part of gaming they just kind of dropped of the earth is there a rhyme or reason for this?

Exactly. I bought one for the last Pokemon game I bought for nostalgia sake.

Edit: I still used the wiki when I had to find answers to stuff.
