Just to be clear, this is a violation of the fundamental ethical principle in clinical trial design called “equipoise.”
Equipoise means that no-one is exposed to excess risk just to test the therapy. That’s specifically why vaccine trials don’t use placebo arms.

How has nobody shot RFK? Not only does he deserve it, but there’s a precedent in place to basically protect people.
I’m convinced that RFK is a serial killer who gets off on killing indirectly.

Very small nitpick that’s hardly relevant, the Tuskegee experiments didn’t involve vaccines, they told the victims they were being given treatment for the active syphilis they knew they had, not trying to prevent it.
