"TriMet has begun a two-week construction project along the MAX Blue Line east of the Gateway/NE 99th Ave Transit Center, the transit agency announced.

The project, running through May 10, will require shuttle buses to replace train service in affected areas. Buses will arrive approximately every 10 minutes throughout most of the day, according to TriMet."
