All quality teams, safeguarding, meds optimization, IPC are basically gone from ICBs though but will still exist elsewhere in the NHS

It’s an absolute cluster fuck. So many projects being canned short notice that will have knock on effects for clinical teams. So much brain drain and support networks being destroyed.
