The problem is that there’s not really a chance for the working class to build consciousness and organization until material conditions reach a more radicalizing point, so you have a chicken and egg problem. I think the real danger is in things deteriorating too suddenly, reaching a boiling point before the socialist organizations have enough maturity to seize the chance.
