If people want weird AI approximations of people then there are communities for that. Keep it out of main.

But to my actual point: it is an instance wide rule that posting AI gens in communities designated for real humans is not allowed. OP isn’t doing it maliciously or intentionally, but still just report the post, move on, and it will be dealt with.

Upscaled with ai, that means it is an existing image that has been run through ai to make it a higher resolution. It’s a lowsy upscaler so there’s artifacts like that

Totally disagree about this being an “upscale”. This is an AI image built from data from that set.

It’s so dumb to use AI upscaling, get a shitty result like this and then be happy with and post it!
I don’t love ai upscaling but it doesn’t make the picture it’s upscaling ai generated. Plus this person created this community they can post what they want as long as it doesn’t go against our site wide rules. I would love for people to stop reporting this post for “AI” especially given that’s not one of the (zero) rules this community has.
I didn’t report it and I’m not saying it’s against the rules, just that it’s crappy.
