Genuine question, why do pets do this? What would be the equivalent in the wild? Or is it because they’re seeking comfort and rugs smell like the humans?
Puking on grass is safe, grass is full of microbes, fungus, and worms that will break it down. Puking on a hard surface you live near is bad. It’ll stay there a long time spreading disease.
