Daniel Warren Johnson is a fucking genius and I love him, never thought I’d live to see Batman break some dude’s arm while they’re doing the mustache man salute and then literally hit an One-Winged Angel on a corrupt cop and turn his head and spine into silly putty. Hope Chuck Dixon had an aneurysm from this, lol!

I feel like when I was growing, being taught that violence isn’t the answer, can’t really solve things… everyone still agreed it was ok to kick a nazi in the teeth though (it was often mentioned at some point in moral/ethical discussion, in my neck of the woods anyway).
I miss that.
