Boss might exploit her, but the problem is not the boss. The problem is economic state. Unregulated real-estate, stock market, and mega-corporations are the issue. Not some random ass boss.

Depends on whether the first job is part-time IMO.

If you have a job to just do something 2h a day or 2 days a week, it may not be exploitation or an economic problem if it doesn’t pay enough to live a normal life.

I don’t accept the premise that everyone needs to work to live. We’re no longer farmers struggling to live through winter. The rich (anyone with more than like $5 million investable) don’t need to work, but no one calls them welfare queens.
