    I’m no expert, but I would guess that Germany needs about zero uranium for its forcibly decommissioned nuclear power plants.

    Wait why the hell are they buying uranium when they don’t use their reactors? And why would Russia sell it knowing this? Wat

    Does Germany have centrifuges to refine uranium for power plants still? They may be refining and selling to other countries. This could be a response to the recent reduction in natural gas supply from Russia.

    This could be for bombs, but it could also just be capital taking advantage of new conditions.
