I thought Democrats would get to write the bill Chuck. I thought that was the big “concession” the “Gang of 8” that you somehow “Didn’t direct” wink wink but also somehow doesn’t mean you can’t keep your caucus in line extracted in exchange for opening the government. Not a good sign for how that vote they pinky promised you is gonna go of they’re already spitting on what you supposedly wanted out of that vote.
