    Their democracy has strong caps on political contributions for provincial elections, so there’s less shenanigans with politicians playing around with taxpayer money.

    The services such as vehicle insurance, telecom, power is the cheapest in all of Canada.

      I moved to Quebec recently, and was unable to find a provincial deal on cell phones better than we already had in Ontario. I was surprised, because it certainly used to be cheaper here.

      But yes, I do enjoy paying $0.07/kWh for residential electricity, and knowing that it is coming from the hydro dam just up the road from me.
