Last winter was horrible on me. Constantly feeling nauseous to the point I could not even call for a doctor’s appointment because I knew I couldn’t get through the phone call or even go there. My only goal was to make it through the winter as best I could.

This winter started off easier but since late December I’ve been having huge flare ups again and now more prone to headaches. I also seem to be sleeping all the time and unable to get any sort of consistent rhythm going.

Is that a thing that happens?? I’ve never liked the cold anyway.

edit: looking it up apparently yeah there’s some data behind it. I should take my vitamin D supplements I completely forgot I had them.

I slipped on the ice a few days ago, and I’m worse off than before now. I already have a lot of issues due to having had a stroke and being weak down my left side, which means I have permanent debilitating sports injuries just from walking around and lifting small items. But two of these permanent injuries have flared up since my fall.
