Is there good drawing software with decent Linux support? Nothing my artist friends use for digital art is available for or works on Linux.

Already been answered but also as an artist I just want to further vouch or Krita. It’s a very nice FOSS drawing program and I would recommended it to anyone doing general 2D digital art. Before I knew about freedom respecting software, I was using Photoshop CS6 as my swiss army knife for a decade or so. I had very little issue moving to Krita, and only wish the text tool was a little more robust. It is being improved though!

I’ve been using Krita for handwriting my homework assignment PDFs because it’s just better than all of the vector pdf editors, krita has amazing raster performance which significantly reduces lag over something vector based like xournalpp
