    Wow, that’s an interesting part of the law. Can you show me in state or federal statute where obstruction of justice or resisting arrest are crimes punishable by summary execution?

    See, I always thought that the proper thing for functioning law enforcement agencies was to arrest alleged criminals so they could be tried in court, ensuring they have due process as afforded to them by the constitution.
