Let’s be clear the building didn’t gain anything, the owners possibly but given it’s hosted 7 failed hotels or resorts it honestly seems more like a money pit for the owners and I’m pretty sure we’re going to come to find it was set on fire for the insurance money which would actually benefit the owners more then it’s survival given the location and ability to rebuild.
