People a use the shit out of it thats why. I have barely tapped a couple people in traffic in my life and all of em claim bs injury and get like $10k. They weren’t injured, there’s no damage to the car even. This happens all the time. I had a friend get 25k she wasn’t hurt at all and she was going out partying with us all the time. Im fully in support of this for minor collisions that are being abused and costing everyone money

It’s a stupid solution to the problem. You’ll end up negatively impacting 1000 people who actually need it for everyone “faking”

The problem is USA is so full of under employed ambulance chasers, it’s cheaper to pay out under $25,000 before they better call Saul.

The other problem is steal-o-matic cars with no federal guidelines to force better security, and body shops now charging $1200 for a bumper respray.
