E.D., an asylum-seeker and domestic violence survivor from Honduras, was sexually assaulted by an employee while she was detained with her 3-year-old child at the Berks Family Residential Center in Pennsylvania. At the time of the assault, E.D. was 19 years old.

IIRC, the male prisoners would have their privates cut off,

What is the disgusting mentality for these crime committers, why dont they feel regret for raping someone?
Because they’re like the orange one: addicted to the feeling of power, getting off on hurting others and no empathy or ability to understand other people.
