None I’m aware of. But at least in theory this should be doable.
If I were to try it, I probably wouldn’t use “raw” maize and potato; something like masa harina + chuño might work better. Add a bit of baking powder, seasoning, just enough water to bind it together, shape the chips, then deep-fry them.
Is such a thing done? No. Can such a thing be done? Yes, but at what cost.
