In Falam Township, Chin State, the Chin resistance coalition successfully recaptured the Htinshu hilltop outpost, which had previously fallen to the junta. The operation took place around 1:00 a.m. on February 14. Along with 11 small arms, the resistance forces also seized several artillery pieces that junta troops were unable to carry during their retreat. Junta troops advancing from Taingen Town in Chin State captured the Htinshu outpost, originally built as a defensive position, on February 13. The following day, the Chin resistance coalition successfully retook the outpost.
