Here’s a fun fact for you. More often than not, the average person gets this question wrong:
“What is half of 1?”
I work in this industry. It’s bad. There’s so many reasons. Shit like iPads, which were expertly marketed by Apple despite having zero educational utility, are certainly part of the problem.
Watching some hapless kid using his Apple pencil (which is almost out of battery) to write an equation with huge ugly handwriting that takes up half the screen on a licensed app is positively enraging.
What do they answer?
I second guessed myself. Like this was one of those meme quizzes worded to kinda trick you
If you answered 1/2, 0.5, one half, you’re probably above the mean.
People usually say stuff like: 1, 0, I don’t know, and 2. It makes no sense whatsoever.
