Wtf? Is the weed that strong? It’s california. It’s plausible to imagine there are police and leftists in the same area without resorting to conspiracy.
Nice. Although, the kind John Brown…
Yes. We’re low on both post quality and quantity lately so keep it coming please.
Everyone is missing your chill vibes tho lmao order a club soda.
E: this felt shitty and I deleted it, but then restored it since comrade was nice enough to reply. Sorry for being an ass you’re cool.
You folks make me sad sometimes. Just be normal and grab a drink with your crew once and a while, it wont kill you. It makes the job easier all around. You’ll feel more comfortable asking for and receiving favors from each other. It builds camaraderie. It gives a chance to organize or at the least vent. Just be normal.
The far-right Freedom Party, FPÖ was excluded from government despite its election victory, with the center-right ÖVP (20%), center-left SPÖ (20%), and liberal NEOS (9%) instead forming an unusual three-party coalition. The governing parties have lost ground since the election, while the Greens (9%) and Communists (4%) gained slightly as opposition voices.
The FPÖ’s rise reflects voter dissatisfaction with the current coalition, which has struggled to please anyone. By sidelining the election winner, the government inadvertently strengthened the far-right’s appeal. Meanwhile, the stability of NEOS and modest gains for smaller parties suggest fragmentation rather than a decisive shift. With the next election not until 2029, Austria’s political landscape appears increasingly polarized between a weakening centrist bloc and a growing protest vote on the far right.
So basically the same thing everywhere. The center cannot hold.
Well, I reckon that’d be no good at all. I like japes.
“Eradicate” is overly charged. I don’t see any reason why ceremonies or cultural traditions would be erased by providing more scientific education to the masses.
The knowledge of our ancestors can still be taught, and traditions upheld without literally believing that there are dieties or ghosts or whatever.
I dunno, this just strikes me as the “veganism is flawed because indigenous people should be able to hunt” argument, but applied to religion.
A group that politely takes turns attacking the protagonist, instead of rudely overwhelming them all at once.
While this is true, this sentiment is sort of overcorrecting in the opposite direction imo, since these quantum algorithms have the potential to be insanely useful. Think accurately simulating particle interactions and understanding the fabric of the universe level of useful.
I don’t blame people for not seeing the potential of quantum computing… but it’s absolutely not just a grift. Computing on the atomic level like this is potentially one of the greatest achievements humankind can achieve. There’s a reason China alone has invested over $50B in this technology.
Edit: I see what you’re saying now… that the bros will fake or approximate quantum tech for investment.
Please elaborate.
