Brought two body suits with a little skirt on both and went in the pool on holiday. First time
In over a decade I’ve worn swimwear, or been in or near a pool. Part of the iddie bitty titty committee and only use my femme voice for either femme purposes…or when dealing with phone related issues. Only got misgendered once by an employee who wasn’t completely fluent in English, but he corrected himself eventually. Highly recommend. Obvi I’d love to wear a bikini, but the euphoria from just that alone was incredible. It’s scary, but small steps towards it makes it all the easier. Especially when most people will be indifferent or accepting. The right luckily are a small vocal minority. Be careful, but remember most people will pay no mind or easily accept you’re also just a person trying to also enjoy water and weather.

Gave the wrong library card no over the phone and the librarian said “oh they must’ve completely misheard you, it’s down as [deadname], same address and everything” I said “oh no that’s my brothers card, let me find you mine we’re always getting them mixed up” I’m an only child. She suspected nothing. Probably.
