For the time being MitID is still broken due to the play store integrity check, most of the Danish community opted for the free hardware code generator, I tried to get MitID chip working I have given up getting to even finish the setup. The code generator works flawlessly.
For banking I can vouch for Nordea, and with their own ID app you don’t even need MitID for banking. Mobile pay complains if you don’t have sandboxed play services.
