These goalposts must be mounted on wheels

Why does a politician manage their image? really?
If you believe that yelling at politicians is the only thing they listen to
eh… no ?
Yes this is the actual issue. In practice Palestinians have only gotten words and a tree whereas Zionist “antisemitism combatting” groups which organize trips to Israel including the occupied West Bank are getting millions from Zohran.
👍🏼 I don’t know the groups enough to know what they do with their funds. I would hope that these millions are actually used to secure synagogues as they’re intended but perhaps that is overly naive of me.

But of course…? I would do the same in his shoes. By participating in the vigil he shields himself a little from the zionist propaganda machine. This is a smart calculation. He is a very dangerous precedent for the US establishment, attempts to discredit him rely on old scarecrows (communist…) as well as new ones (terrorist). Isn’t that, like, obvious ?
this part is worrying though :
announced a strategy against antisemitism that funnels millions in public funds to Zionists groups.

uhhh, please…?
if I scratch your back you scratch mine ??

Aha, I can certainly relate to liking black tea over flavoured tea. I still have a bag of BOP from a trip in Kerala 15 years ago. It’s lost a bit of its flavour since then…, I should make plans for renewing the stock.
What’s pretty good too is cola nut. It’s very common in Madagascar and I was able to buy some.

Definitely coffee. I know it’s super popular but I can’t stand it. I kinda like the smell of it, but the taste I find awful and the aftereffects are excruciating and longlasting. Someone suggested I might have an allergy. I might or might not look further into this at some point
I have tried decaf though, once… chasing the hope that it would still -despite the absence of caffeine- trigger bowel movement at a critical time in my life. and it did! Apparently caused by gastrine, from my superficial reading.

the entire mediterranean in fact
This really hits home, so much so it’s uncanny. As a child, constantly questioning the rules got me in trouble a lot. But that wasn’t the hard part. The hard part was observing I was alone in doing this, completely alone. Nobody else my age seemed remotely interested in the “why”, and seemed to have no problem complying with rules they didn’t understand. That was true for both school rules and maths class : what’s the application of this theorem? ->do not concern yourself with this, I’d hear. The adults were quick to scold me for something that was intrinsically natural, because they thought I was challenging their authority. I was just trying to understand. I was unfit for this world and it nearly broke me on several occasions.
aren’t they talking about C++ ?

I never thought I’d die fighting side-by-side with a pope.

Oh, wow, ok. I had no idea

I don’t understand how ? can you elaborate ?

I had this happen with 3D (as in computer graphics, 3D animation…) when films started releasing in stereo. Fortunately it’s mostly a thing of the past now
