Great move for those that don’t want to migrate, but I’d recommend just switching to Vivaldi if you like chromium browsers, librewolf if you are used to Firefox, and if you use edge you aren’t even reading this so whatever.
Edit: I guess if you can get this to work on a work computer where edge is your only browser option perhaps, that would be nice.

They are built well. Used market historically not a whole lot better than retail. The pro has aged better than the original. Would not shy away from a used pro if the price were right
Yeah same here. Text based launcher really has helped me put phone down more which is great.
Not sure if prices ever dropped but I love my shield and shield pro. Very powerful / flexible but still can be easy to use. Some nice ad free launchers available.

The latter for me. I remember thinking as a kid that things would just keep getting better. That the best time to be a kid was always the future. Now I’m glad I was a kid when I was and I wish kids today had it better than they do. I’m sure that’s at least 50% old guy viewpoint but I really think some lines have been crossed that truly make childhood in the 2020s harder than it used to be.

People here do not know anything about cars or winter driving. This is just a large rear spoiler fin covered in a dusting of snow. Spoilers on cars are not just for show. My Subaru WRX has a spoiler and it adds aerodynamic down force for better traction. In winter weather a large spoiler like this will make driving feel like there isn’t even ice on the road. Laugh now, but you won’t be laughing when this guy zips by you at 120km/h while you are struggling on the ice.

Same. Still like their support and community too. It’s not so far behind that I feel like it’s a compromise to the point where I can get it to do everything I want it to do. I’m paying for my open source preference and the support / community instead of the most modern fancy features. I want both, but I’d still choose the former especially when the latter seems to involve more and more privacy infringement.
