They were sued by Epic Games for the same shit and Epic won on one count which allows them to put links to alternative payment methods and go around Apple.

Also according to Greg Bovino the guy that shot Alex Pretti is:
United States Border Patrol on-site commander Gregory Bovino said an officer who shot Pretti had been serving with the Border Patrol for eight years and had “extensive training as a Range Safety Officer”.
This entire piece sounds like an attempt to whitewash ICE and put the blame on nebulous “rookie” agents when it comes out that ICE has always been rotten.
I guess nothing happens if they say no. They can’t even strike, it’s illegal for them to do so.

According to this Guardian article, 25 people died in ICE custody in 2025. 7 people died in December alone. Was he not aware of these deaths when he voted to give them more money? What a fucking monster.
