The only sugar is from the grapes. As for meat there is an over an ounce each. Which is more than enough for a lunch. The amount of protein people are trying to eat is unhealthy and hard on the kidneys.

Ugh! My job is doing the same. I tried to have it give me a notification if certain sites were mentioned in the mountain of automated emails I receive. It comes up with a plan everything looks reasonable. Then at the end. “I can’t access your email directly but you can copy and paste the subject lines into the prompt and I can give you a notification if any match your sites.” Literally creating more work.

I wish it was warmer here.
