However, I have also read that the Wikimedia foundation (which runs Wikipedia) uses a lot of money on other things, including giving money to other nonprofits…

Full tank of what? A car? Truck? Semi? A generator? A Jerry can? Obviously petrol is better. You can always charge your phone in a vehicle or generator. If it’s a generator, you could also power a home. You could also sell the gas for much cheaper by constantly siphoning it.
Anyone picking a charged phone is a fool I tell you, a fool! I’d be rich with my unlimited petrol.
