I gave this a go today. Honestly, the game felt annoying and I didn’t last more than 2 skirmishes. The troops don’t defend themselves like in any other RTS (unless you give hold command), they just stand there with zero fucks to give while enemies kill them, so the game becomes a micromanaging hell. This also means that baiting tactic does not work, like in any other RTS. As soon as slightly larger battles begin, my troops constantly get stuck or hit wreckage. What’s also annoying is that whenever you get units under attack alert, the radar/map does not highlight where it’s happening
At this point, even 9-bit armies feel superior
EDIT: Tried out scenarios and second scenario got bugged. I explored the entire map and could not find a single enemy unit (destroyed them all), but the game didn’t end. The supposed task was to kill the commander, which I did.

3·1 day agoIt’s hard to disagree, but we also should be aware that such articles could very well be sponsored by Trump/MAGA as a smearing campaign against whoever wants to run against him as a president.
If it comes down to it (but should not because Trump can’t run again), you don’t really have a choice

Just don’t overdo it. Lately there have been some studies that show pushing your limits or basically living in gym does the opposite effect.
One article that talked about it: https://medium.com/@LongevityLoom/why-people-who-exercise-less-actually-live-longer-science-explains-140e1c40f408

5·2 days agoThe point of the article is to show that with help of AI, attacks can be executed faster, which means higher success chance for getting more data/damage as you’re essentially running against time.
How long would all this have taken without automation?
This is a huge issue for Command and Conquer: Generals. I can’t play it even with 13700k with high difficulty bots because sooner or later I get few FPS. I don’t remember the game actually lagging this bad on older hardware

Correct me if I’m wrong, but initial news about it serving malicious updates were false. You never got anything malicious thru updates, neither was the exe file/installer tampered with. The worst they actually did was redirect you to a fake site when pressing download, where the malicious file was distributed. GitHub and signed versions were never affected. What’s also interesting is that the attacker selectively redirected people, not all of them. I always installed n++ using Ninite, so I’m in the clear.
The whole thing seems blown out of proportions. The amount of affected people is likely very small.

And education does not talk enough about the fact that they had genocidal goals towards other races/groups too, including mine (Slavic). It has resulted in some very bizzare things, as seen in this meme; https://i.imgur.com/Hr3mNEq.gif
