Can all countries simply refuse his entry. Refuse to talk to him. Make no meeting, attend no conferences etc. If the US makes a stink by saying he’s a diplomat, too bad. Countries have that right.

I always look at the “gang signs” they make with total confusion. These ones are all different. I was even trying to see if they were spelling something.

Basically the law says the current owners are responsible for any damage to the land . If it can be proven to be preexisting to purchase then the previous own (if they are still around) can be passed responsibility for clean up. This can repeat over and over.
