It’s now called Stoat Chat due to copyright reasons. It doesn’t have as poverful server management as DC or bots but a solid option if you can get your frineds to use it. I think you are thinking of the wrong thing regarding servers, you don’t need any hardware for one it’s like discord, the server exsists on the service servers. It’s like you just create one and use it for free. VC should be fine nowdays idk about screensharing never tested it but it should work. It is easier than DC due to it having less features.

I just saw a random post about it here and i switched since revanced isn’t really getting updated, although i still use the revanced reddit bc it blocks ads, bit buggy but it works and i also have their pirated lightroom xd.

4·4 days agoRustdesk is very good, but if it’s not for you maybe try AnyDesk. And if you are looking for a wayland compatibile RD solution, it doesn’t exist although rustdesk has an experimental support for it. (You can use x11 or xwayland on linux)

5·4 days agoFirstly the resolution is capped at the host machines, there is no software that i know that can upscale or do magic. Responsiveness is based on internet speed in 95% of scenarios. I will look into the multiple session thing. And what exactly wasn’t working for you except RD?

(You can make it so one virtual desktop is floating and the other one is tiling with a click if a button) really good if you just want a working tiled enviroment without the hassle of configuring hyprland
Older nvidia drivers are bad. For new gen it’s getting significantly better but Amd is still in the lead. You could try your gpu see how it works, it is possible it’s still good for you. Also i recommend checking out the Cosmic desktop enviroment. It has served me well even tho it’s still beta. It supports tiling and floating and stcking windows too. Costumizability is between KDE and Gnome. If you need any help just msg me :)
Or even Firedragon which is a fork of both librewolf and floorp, best browser i have ever used! I recommend trying it out.
And now Morphe too, continuation of the revanced project, and it’s acually really good i have to say

Maybe rocket.chat but it’s aimed at business so idk
