So, if there is a power outage, do their cows just explode?
When Ringo Starr told me that a goat ate the Fat Controller’s hat for tea, I knew something was up.

Meanwhile, processed high caloric food products full of legal addictive stimulants remain relatively safe.

The root of MAGA’s nostalgia for the 1950s is the effective US corporate tax rate being 40-50% rather than the 2010s’s 10-15%. Those higher taxes paid for healthcare, anti-trust enforcement which increased wages across the board, general public services. Instead, money that corporations would have spent on taxes goes into bribes for regulatory capture, helping depress wages and facilitate monopolistic mergers and acquisitions. Sounds like Aceh… Yep, it’s Aceh. They’ve been strongly Islamic for centuries. Their Free Aceh Movement (Gerakan Aceh Merdeka) was a pain-in-the-ass even for Suharto, Indonesia’s military dictator throughout the 1960s/1990s.

Imagine the chaos if all the FOSS maintainers collectively went on strike until their demands were met. They could demand so, so much despite being volunteers.
I thought Debian was as sluggish as Windows until I was forced to use the LXQt desktop environment instead of the default GNOME on an old Compaq laptop since that’s all it could handle. Turns out, GNOME looks nice but it kept my old laptop’s mid-2000s i386 CPU churning at 50% 24/7. LXQt? Barely a blip. Sure, it couldn’t run Firefox quickly, but at least its fan was silent when idling or when I was simply using the laptop as a dumb SSH client into a much more powerful remote server.
I now use LXQt on my main workstation because I don’t need fancy tilíng windows or Wayland.

Exfoliate that shit.
“Cut everyone’s lifespan to less than 100 years. Rewrite evolutionary history so the populations of all elephant, cow, canines, and cat nation-states cannot and never could speak. Delete the continent of Lemuria from existence.”

Those engineers should have formed a union and refused until they could collectively negotiate their pay. I can’t think of a more straightforward situation in which a union would be more appropriate.

The kind of story that probably goes through the minds of fascists to justify their racist bigotry:
Imagine you woke up in a world where monsters like goblins and demons were being allowed into schools and your workplace. Somehow, the smart ones among them figured out how to trick lawyers and judges into giving them the same right to vote about your government as you. Whenever you try to warn people they call you a bigot. These monsters speak your language but they only mimic sounds that let them prey upon humans; there is no real understanding about behind their eyes. Additionally, naïve humans have decided to teach some of these beasts the ability to read and write as well, so even written tests of abstract intelligence and problem-solving skills are not good enough to justify to these treasonous sympathizers the need to cull these non-humans. Any animal can figure out a trap if they spawn enough progeny to throw at the problem; ask even a raccoon or feral pig. However, what truly sets apart man from beasts and demons is God-given inspiration obtained only through humble prayer and humility before the King of Kings, Lord Jesus Christ, who, in the Bible, explicitly gave man dominion over all beasts. The demons among us ask for ludicrous rights such as gay marriage because, like their understanding of language, what dark intelligence they possess acts without the guiding Light of Christ; they literally are randomly asking for protection for whatever pleasure-giving habits some of their number develop on a whim. That is why genealogy and family history is so important: we must work together to identify who are children of superior bloodlines to lead the rest of us, who are chosen to serve those leaders, and who are demons that must be exterminated at the Second Coming.
People that treat people as things deserve the same courtesy.

Like your father before you?

The trick is to have a really good imagination so imaginary-you can perform all stupid without consequences. The process of training your imagination to do this is called “education”.
