I haven’t tried any others but whenever I’m on it shit definitely works. However after a few months it stops working and the impact to my sleep and general anxiety makes me want to go off it again.

Being able to produce a narrative is an essential life skill. The world isn’t going to cater to your self diagnosed executive dysfunction forever so learning to adapt is probably a useful habit.
