Golden Owl assesses with high confidence that this was a deliberately organised, purpose-built and directed operation, and not a spontaneous popular movement or an accidental social contagion. The finding is forced by the evidence, not assumed: recruitment was targeted and quota-based (one recruiter cast a specific cell of “two girls and six boys”; another assembled a purpose-built “large group”), which is casting rather than a crowd; and the OSINT work Golden Owl conducted on the individual actors — together with the email addresses and telephone numbers it recovered and enriched — revealed trained, multi-layered operational security: name obfuscation, a rotating codeword, compartmented single-purpose accounts, dedicated operational email addresses, and cross-border (including Turkish +90) contact lines used to keep operators hard to attribute. Operators who take this much trouble to conceal identity, geography and coordination are not an accident; they are people who planned an operation and expected to be investigated.
