Abusers avoid jail because the cases are handled by special Courts for Violence against Women. When the accused changes sex this court can no longer handle the case and no conviction can be handed out. This courts are a leftists policy supported by feminists
Positions reserved for women in public jobs like firefighters or police and lower physical requirements for women are also a leftist policy supported by feminists
The Ley Trans is a leftists policy supported by LGBT organizations
So, according to Zizzy:

Let that sink in everyone. The reality created by leftists government in Spain went so far left that it went full circle and became transphobic. It’s so crazy that talking about it is misinformation.

100% agree. The dude in the car is a reckless idiot. The bikers are organized. All I’m saying (and I think I’ve been clear that’s what I’m saying from the beginning) is that they are poorly organized. Personally I would not participate is such a poorly organized event and would never take responsibility for anything like that as an organizer. People are free to have different standards though.

You apply for a permit and ensure everyone safety. The law defines bases on which such permit can be denied. Courts make sure that administration fallows this laws.
And it doesn’t really matter if it’s very disruptive or just a little bit disruptive . It’s not a normal weekend bicycle ride that is a normal part of traffic. It’s done in a way that inconvenient to other people on the road. That’s the point people are making here. Not that it’s illegal (depends on local laws) or that it’s ok to murder them. Just that it’s disruptive.
