If Motorola-Lenovo weren’t a bully with their update policy I would even consider it, maybe later if Calyx/Graphene support pops up

Anime and AI generated icon, vibe coding, unknown chinese/russian developer with no other way to contact them but github

You could’ve just installed KDE on top of mint? Ain’t that the freedom of linux?

Bro stop creating accounts you’re an llm agent or something it irritates me

unfixable, by the way. but you may try X11

Smells like lemmy.ml 🤢
🐶 smoke weed everyday
No ai used for the picture +69 charisma 😍
LLM is the worst buzkill, even if you’re a girl 🤢

From what I gathered just now you can install any flipfont font from google play/aurora store, most of them are useless though

In most oem roms it’s an option, but in other aspects they tend to be worse than google’s walled garden even. From what I can remember Samsung and Oppo/Oneplus/Vivo/Realme have ability to change fonts but I wouldn’t put my trust and money in any of them

Read about btrfs issues people had on kernel version 6.15.4 - you’d be amazed. Some found a fix, some gave up. I don’t think it’s worth the risk

The OG poster (lemmy.ml so whatever) forgot to mention that backups and system recovery are a nightmare if anything goes wrong with the kernel, bootloader or both. Encrypt your home partition and swap, it’s easier and who cares about what packages you have installed system-wide. If you got NSA on your ass you’re cooked anyway. Encrypting non-system drives is more bearable

lemmy.ml is a 🚩🚩🚩(red) flag, remember kids

Yeah it’s just pretty obvious these corporations control and shape society this way

In the US and some other counties you can’t even get employed without Facebook account or sell your things after moving out, I won’t call using Facebook a choice in such cases, people are forced into it

Got an account on lemmy after years of following RSS feeds just to comment like I do now sometimes

NTFS shat itself on newly bought hard drive, from what I remember in event viewer it said something about filesystem corruption. My steam library of 500+ GBs was gone, as well as my ripped music collection (at least I had that copied to my phone beforehead)
In other instance, a family computer. It was late 2023 and some buggy update happened that made start menu and taskbar unusable. Not clickable at all, couldn’t hide it either. Numeruous throubleshooting attempts later not even update supposed to fix the issue worked. I caved for linux for this PC too
A separate security/system integrity chip? Something like that
