First, I have no clue who deserves death or not. I just feel no sympathy for these lost lives. I won’t feel any sympathy or regret if more Israeli government officials die.

Israel and the US government paint campus protestors as terrorists. They are going to continue painting any resistance to the genocide as terrorism.

We have no idea what this accomplished. You sound like the compromising liberals MLK Jr criticized. Oh, we just have to protest a little more civilly next time and avoid inconveniencing people. If this strikes fear in Israeli officials, sounds like a win to me

Yeah, after Iraq and Afghanistan, and many other countries, I have very little sympathy for people working on foreign affairs with the US government. The US is not a force for good in this world.

I agree, some people have little choice. Fortunately, I personally left America and no longer pay taxes so I don’t have to be part of that. Not everyone can do that.

People who actively join the government and support Israeli efforts should be held accountable. I also have no sympathy for ICE agents in the US either.

They are part of the government that is committing genocide.

For me, pros are:

• Fun to learn something new
• Easy to test different systems. For example, I can play with different router or NAS software without having a separate computer around.
• I’ve been able to create different “computers” that serve different needs and require different levels of security.
• Currently, a cluster is probably overkill, it was a fun experiment.

Cons

• Updating all the different systems can be a pain. I could probably automate it, but I haven’t made the time to learn it yet.
• As a beginner, I’m throwing a bunch of parts together and hoping it will work. I should probably be more strategic in my implementation, but I don’t know what to prioritize. I’m sure I’ll have to start over in the future.
• With the previous point, the storage setup doesn’t seem very intuitive. I probably need to set up that better.
• I haven’t quite figured out backups yet. My VM backups all seem too big. I need to figure that out and automate it.

Hopefully the US will take significant actions against Israel, since escalation isn’t in the region’s or the world’s interest. Punishing Israel would be a great way to show the US’s desire for de-escalation. For some reason, I think the US will just keep giving them weapons.

It’s so unfortunate the Xiaomi is practically removing the ability to install roms on your phone. The hardware is usually decent, but the software is always horrible. I probably won’t buy from them again.
