Grew up as a hardcore republican in South Texas. Moved to southern Louisiana and quickly realized, nope not republican, just highly misguided. I was wrong. I admit it to everyone. Now as time has passed, staunch socialist. Such as life.

I know you’re right. Just crazy to see. Every single time I complain, I immediately get money back, and an apology.

I see these all the time, but I have never had this experience with Door Dash or Uber Eats customer service.

I have really started to use VPNs on all of my internet traffic more as an FU to trackers and advertisers. I don’t do anything illegal or malicious, I’m just tired of being the product on every site I visit, every click I make.

I know it doesn’t make me completely invisible. But at least I try to make it harder on them.

I access my bank stuff all the time on a VPN, when I am on airport WiFi and hotel WiFi. Never had an issue and one of my banks is one of the largest global banks there is.

It’s why I moved to Lemmy - that and completely borking the site while using most VPNs. F-that. If you can’t allow my VPN, I know you’re wrong, not me.
