I think you’ll always need NSO sub if buying directly from Nintendo, but pre-order rule only seems to be because of scalpers, so that only those who can actually use it, buy it.

You can dual boot both Windows and Linux, and the reboot to Windows when you want to play games, and reboot to Linux for other stuff.

A bit of work, and extra space needed, but you can easily do that.

Yeah, I prefer Steam over GoG, but competition is always good, so hope things get better for them.
